Umami is the foundation of Japanese cooking. It is a traditional treasure of ancient Japan created by generations of Japanese artisans. Washoku, the traditional dietary culture of Japan, is also a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage, and we are passionate about preserving and expanding it together with all of our associates. As the first step, we are spreading it from Japan to the whole world, and to generations and places yet to experience it.
